Q: What song has a personal meaning to you and why?
There is so many songs! At the moment I listened a lot to New Orders "Age Of Consent" while working in the studio. Just the right vibe for me. I like songs between happiness and melancholy.
Aneta Kajzer (born 1989 in Katowice, Poland) studied Fine Arts at Kunsthochschule Mainz under Anne Berning, Shannon Bool and John Skoog, where she earned her master’s degree with distinction. In 2017 she received the Winsor & Newton Scholarship for Painting, granting her a six-month residency at Künstlerhaus Bethanien in Berlin. In 2018 she participated in the Goldrausch Künstlerinnenprojekt, a postgraduate program for emerging woman artists.
Her works have been shown in several institutions and project spaces. In 2018 and 2017 she had solo exhibitions in Künstlerhaus Bethanien (Berlin), Warte für Kunst (Kassel), Kunst- und Kulturstiftung Opelvillen (Rüsselsheim am Main) and oMo artspace (Berlin).
She lives and works in Berlin.
